EMD UK Pro Membership

Please note this is membership only and does not include instructor insurance. If you need instructor insurance with membership combined, please purchase one of our Pro-enhanced memberships and you will be asked to upload your certifciate at sign up.

To qualify for EMD UK Pro membership please upload one of the following certificates or equivalent. If you are not sure if you meet the minimum requirements for the Pro membership, please email support@emduk.org with the qualifications/training you hold, and we can advise.

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructing 
  • Level 2 Group Training to Music 
  • Level 2 Group Training 
  • Level 2 (DFQ) Exercise to Music 
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer 
  • Level 3 Yoga (or 200 hours) 
  • Level 3 Pilates qualification 
  • Level 3 Pilates Reformer Certificate 
  • Level 2 Aqua  
  • Level 2 indoor cycling  
  • Level 2 Circuits training 
  • Level 2 Bridge course for EMD UK professional membership

Please note we DO NOT accepted dance teaching qualification certificates for EMD UK Pro recognition, you will also need to hold one of the above qualfications or equivalent to support your application so we can validate your Pro membership.

Please allow up to two working days for your PRO membership to be checked and validated. Not uploading the correct certificate will delay your application.

Please upload one of the following certificates to validate your PRO membership - Minimum Level 2 fitness qualifications or equivalent (ETM, DFQ, Gym instructing, Pilates, yoga, personal training etc). If you don't hold one of these qualifications or unsure, then please email us at support@emduk.org with your current training/qualifications and we can check for you. ***DO NOT UPLOAD PREVIOUS MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATES, THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED***
Please allow up to two working days for your PRO EMD membership certificate to show you are professionally recognised by EMD. Once approved this will be available to download from your dashboard. If you have not uploaded one of the certificates above we may contact you for further information before we validate your membership which will delay your application.

Please be aware if buying PPL the licence does not include PPL/VPL music videos or PRS for Music musical works. Music videos and musical works will be licensed directly by PPL PRS.
