Medau Elements - Ball, Hoop and Club

Medau Elements Ball 

In two masterclasses you will begin your journey through the essential elements of dynamic ball work.  Learning and exploring why and how we use the ball for Resilience (MasterClass 1) and Through Body Stretch (Masterclass 2) both incorporating swing and compensation for a whole body workout.  Each masterclass will be followed by a movement, voice, music and apparatus deconstruction and then by the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned. Stimulating your creativity within your teaching, the day will end with movement recall for pleasure and will allow you to absorb, experience and awaken ideas from your day’s training.  Bursaries are available.

Medau Elements Hoop 

In two masterclasses you will begin your journey through the essential elements of dynamic hoop work. Learning and exploring how and why we use the hoop for Through Body Stretch/Posture (Masterclass 1) and Rotation (Masterclass 2) both Masterclasses will incorporate elements of swing and compensation for a whole body workout.  Each masterclass will be followed by a movement, voice, music and apparatus deconstruction and then by the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned. Stimulating your creativity within your teaching, the day will end with movement recall for pleasure and will allow you to absorb, experience and awaken ideas from your day’s training.  Bursaries are available.

Medau Elements Club 

In two masterclasses you will begin your journey through the essential elements of dynamic club work.  Learning and exploring why and how we use the club for swinging for width (MasterClass 1) and for side stretch (Masterclass 2) both Masterclasses will incorporate swing and compensation for a whole body workout.  Each masterclass will be followed by a movement, voice, music and apparatus deconstruction and then by the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned. Stimulating your creativity within your teaching, the day will end with movement recall for pleasure and will allow you to absorb, experience and awaken ideas from your day’s training.  Bursaries are available.
