This qualification will expand your knowledge of fitness instructing and is suitable for those looking to broaden their skill set and teach Pilates. Our qualification is mat-based Pilates, using blocks, small Pilates balls, and resistance bands.
Pre-requisite: to have attended at least 10 pilates classes, although we also recommend you complete the Level 2 Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise unit.
This course will consist of home study with approx. four weeks online learning, as well as face to face on course practical days and practical assessment days. Your online learning will start approx. four weeks before your first practical course day, where you will be able to work through online learning modules and complete your worksheets. Your practical on course days will take place on;
26th, 27th and 28th July 2019
9th, 10th and 11th August 2019
